Description

The FF-WRING MANUAL enables the rapid reuse of FoamFlex, minimizing the mechanical stress to which the product is subjected. Weighing approximately 25 kg, the FF-WRING manual can be used in any location without the need for electricity. Hydrocarbons are collected in a tank positioned under the squeezing rollers. From there, the oils can be transported using storage pumps. The average collection capacity is 90 l/min

  1. Position the Unit
    Place the wringer on a stable, flat surface and ensure the collection container is properly positioned.
  2. Insert Saturated FoamFlex
    Feed the saturated sponge or mat between the rollers.
  3. Apply Manual Pressure
    Rotate the handle to compress the material and extract the absorbed oil.
  4. Collect & Reuse
    Recovered oil is collected in the tank below. The wrung FoamFlex is immediately ready for reuse.
